Why I Started This

I'm Carol Boynton, certified life coach, content creator, and founder of this blueprint. I built this brand from a deep place of transformation. After walking through my own seasons of motherhood, caregiving, uncertainty, rebuilding and discovering what truly matters, I knew I wasn’t the only woman asking:

“Where do I go from here?”

I know what it's like to feel stuck between who you are and who you are becoming- and now I get to help women bridge that gap.
