Coaching Caregiving Advocacy Education Storytelling
About Carol
Rooted in service. Guided by lived experience.

I didn’t arrive at this work through a textbook. I arrived here through life.

I am a proud mom to grown twin daughters with physical disabilities. I’ve spent decades navigating IEP meetings, therapies, medical specialists, and sleepless nights filled with worry. I know the emotional rollercoaster that comes with raising children who have disabilities, developmental differences, or complex care needs — because I’ve lived it.

Raising my daughters shaped my world in ways I never expected. It taught me resilience, patience, advocacy, and a strength I didn’t know I had. But it also showed me something important:

Caregivers and women who hold families together often disappear inside their responsibilities.

Somewhere between appointments, paperwork, and being strong for everyone else, women lose space for themselves.
I created The Boynton Blueprint so women don’t have to disappear to survive.

And my story didn’t end with parenting.
Over time, my caregiving expanded. I became a caregiver to my spouse, then my mother. Like so many women, I found myself giving to everyone but myself — until I hit a wall.

That moment wasn’t failure. It was clarity.

It showed me that strength without support isn’t sustainable.

The Boynton Blueprint™ was born from that realization: women need a place where they are seen, supported, and allowed to exist beyond survival mode.

This work is rooted in service, lived experience, and deep compassion for the invisible labor women carry every day.

I don’t coach from theory.
I coach from life.
I see you.
I’ve been you.
In many ways, I am you.
And you don’t have to do this alone.
Why I Do This Work
This work is deeply personal.

For years I balanced caregiving, professional life, emotional labor, and the invisible weight many women carry silently. I saw how easy it is to become strong for everyone else and forget how to receive support yourself.
Coaching became a natural extension of who I already was — a listener, a guide, an advocate, and a woman rooted in service.
I don’t believe women need to be fixed.
I believe they need space to breathe, clarity to move forward, and support that honors their reality.

Alongside lived experience, I bring professional training and decades of work in human services. My background includes psychology, coaching education, and a lifelong commitment to helping others navigate complex emotional and practical challenges.
But what matters most is this:
I understand the emotional terrain.
Not from theory — from living it.
And I meet every woman exactly where she is
