About

Carol Boynton is a life coach, caregiver advocate, and the creator of the Next Chapter Blueprint.

With more than three decades of experience in human services and a deep understanding of life transitions, Carol supports women who are ready to pause, reflect, and intentionally design what comes next.

Her work is rooted in compassion, clarity, and real life. As a mother, caregiver, and woman who has navigated seasons of responsibility, identity shifts, and personal reinvention, Carol understands what it means to carry a lot — and to feel the quiet pull toward something more.

Through coaching and courses, Carol helps women reconnect with themselves, make empowered decisions, set boundaries without guilt, and move forward with confidence and intention. Her approach is thoughtful, reflective, and grounded — offering support without pressure and clarity without overwhelm.

I also took care of feeding and walking the dogs, and even set up the ironing board to get my clothes ready for the office the next day. Despite being the reigning champion of the chore world, I started nagging myself for not crossing off a few...

Why Sleep Matters: Reclaiming Rest During Sleep Awareness Week
Did you know that March 8th through March 14th is Sleep Awareness Week ? It is a time dedicated to highlighting something many of us desperately need but rarely prioritize—rest. If you’re a caregiver, parent, or woman carrying a lot of responsibility, sleep can feel like a luxury instead of a necessity. Late-night worries, early mornings, and the constant mental checklist can make restful sleep feel out of reach. But sleep isn’t just about feeling rested. It’s about restoring your body,...
